The rules of issuance of veterinary documents and requirements to their forms were abolished

As it was revealed by the Chamber of entrepreneurs during the monitoring, it turned out that farmers were charged a fee for the form of a veterinary certificate, whereas, according to the standard, the public services should be free. Thus, rules of issue of veterinary documents and requirements to their forms were violated.
And the prices are different everywhere. For example, in Semey in the past two years farmers paid for issue of veterinary certificates 37 tenge, in the town of Zyryanovsk - 250 tenge for cattle and 200 tenge for small ruminants and pigs, in the Kurchum region - 70 tenge, in Borodulikha district about 50 tenge, in Zaisan district - 30 tenge.

"As the monitoring has shown, in the same region were charged various fees for forms of veterinary certificates, while in other parts of EKR fee for forms was not charged", - said the Director of the regional chamber of entrepreneurs Igor Shatsky.
"Having worked on this issue with the office of agriculture, the National chamber of entrepreneurs of Kazakhstan "Atameken", we initiated the amendments to the legislation to eliminate the required payment for the cost of the veterinary certificate", - said the head of RCE.
As a result the rules for issuing veterinary documents and requirements to their forms were abolished.
