Entrepreneurs of Semey were told about peculiarities of deep processing of meat at the seminar, organized by the branch of the Chamber of Semey and LLP "Semipalatinsk meat-packing plant"

Students were introduced to advanced technology of meat processing, informed about the organization of high-performance production, as well as about animal health requirements which must be followed in the production of meat products.

"Lecturer of the University named after Shakarim Bakhytkul Assenova held a very interesting and topical lecture on deep processing of meat, resulting in detailed examples and arguments in favor of new technologies and approaches to organizations of meat production", - shared their views listeners.

Heads of slaughterhouses and the university actively cooperate for many years, sharing practical experience and preparing the future technologists, engineers not only for its own production, but also for the entire sector of Kazakhstan's economy.

This unique opportunity to conduct this kind of a workshop is held by a decision of the head of the enterprise Bekbolat Zhamangarinov.

This kind of enterprises, which produce food products, stipulate compliance with health and safety and no outsiders are allowed, but, on the other hand, where can you get the knowledge and experience, if not at the Semipalatinsk meat-production plant, with a long history of development.

The company actively introduces the latest equipment, automation of technological processes, improves organization of service jobs and constantly improves the level of technical equipment of the enterprise. The company has revolutionized the production facilities, installed new equipment from world leaders for development, filling and packaging of sausage products.

For the production of meat products purchased livestock grown in the farms of the East Kazakhstan region and in neighboring regions. The products manufactured by “Semipalatinsk meat-packing plant” go through all the stages of veterinary control in our laboratory.

Highly qualified, professionally trained staff provides ensures production in strict accordance with the requirements of the standard (GOST), in compliance with sanitary regulations for the enterprises of the meat industry.

Production capacity of the plant for the production of meat-packing production is 35 thousand cans per shift, for the production of sausages, mince and dumplings - 10 to 25 tons per shift.

Currently, "Semipalatinsk meat-packing plant" produces about 200 types of meat products, increasing monthly sales volumes, increasing work efficiency. The company takes an active part in all international exhibitions and in 2015 in Milan (Italy), it was awarded with the "Halyk markasy - People's Brand". More than a million Kazakhstani vote for the manufactured products of "Semipalatinsk meat-packing plant".

During the practical part of the workshop were studied all the achievements, as well as meat processing technology, packaging of finished products, storage conditions and all equipments involved in the production process.
